Have you tried turning it off and on again? Funny enough, the dryer was having issues recently, where it was getting way too hot and clothes were coming out just short of burnt. Turns out you gotta clean out the larger lint filter receptacle thing every now and then. I'm not sure it'd ever been cleaned, so I was probably scraping lint from twenty years ago. Glad we don't need to buy a new dryer, anyway. In the process, Snip and I found a ziplock steak sitting in the basement storage shelves, dry-aged to perfection.
